  • How can I make a reservation for one of your apartments?

    You can make a reservation directly online by clicking on the apartment of your choice and selecting the dates you wish to stay. You also have the option of reserving by phone or by sending us an email with the dates of your stay so that we can send you a list of available apartments. The reservation is entirely secure.

  • What happens if I would like to prolong my stay?

    If you wish to prolong your stay, contact us immediately. We will book the maximum time that you may be allowed to stay at the same apartment, but if that is not possible, we will transfer your belongings to a new apartment, of equal or superior quality, situated closest to your initial choice.

  • How can I be sure that my payment is secure?

    When you make a payment, the website begins with https. The “s” indicates security. A small padlock is also present at the bottom of the window browser, assuring you that the page is well secured during your payment transactions. The payment processes directly online through a page reserved by the bank clearing your payment. The payment is authorized by the bank in charge of this page. However, if you would prefer to pay by phone, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • How can I benefit from other services during the rental?

    During your reservation, you have the opportunity to ask us for any supplementary service that interests you. Once your reservation is confirmed, a form will be sent to you by email shortly before your trip presenting you with a list of services that we can offer you. Do not hesitate to contact us if a service you desire is not on the list; we will provide the service especially for you!

    During your stay, you will also have the opportunity to add supplementary services according to your needs. Our agents are available all day, and if necessary, will offer to be your personal concierge for the duration of your stay.

  • What is the minimum and maximum duration of my stay?

    You are able to stay in the majority of our apartments from one night up to 3 months. The possibility of renting available apartments for longer or shorter periods is indicated on each page. You can also select apartments according to the duration of your stay; only corresponding available apartments will appear.

  • What if I want to change my reservation?

    For all changes in date, cancellations, duration of stay, or anything else, we offer optional insurance coverage. This insurance is offered to you at the moment of reservation, and we strongly suggest you sign up if you are not 100% sure of your dates. Without this insurance, a cancellation or change in date before your arrival will result in fees.

  • How do I cancel my reservation?

    Cancellation of your reservation must be declared in writing with the reason for the cancellation. If you signed up for the cancellation insurance, please mention your file number in the letter. In all other cases, cancellation will result in fees varying by the amount of time between the cancellation and the first day of the stay. (See general sale conditions.)

  • How can I be sure to find the same apartment for my next stay in Paris?

    If you like a particular apartment, we invite you to mention in the satisfaction survey that you wish to be placed in the same apartment during your next trip to Paris. We will do our best to prioritize offering you the same apartment according to its availability. To be sure of the availability of a particular apartment, we also invite you to book your reservation as early as possible.

  • What facilities will I find in each apartment?

    Each apartment consists of a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, a bedroom or a living room with a convertible sofa bed, and either an open bar-style or separate kitchen. The minimum facilities also include a stovetop, an oven (traditional and/or microwave), a refrigerator, a television, bed sheets, and towels.

  • Is cleaning before and after the rental included?

    Cleaning is included before the rental: you are guaranteed to find a clean apartment upon your arrival. Cleaning during and after your rental is offered as an option; you also have the opportunity to do the final cleaning yourself before leaving, since you may be charged fees if the apartment is not in the same condition as initially found upon your departure.

  • At what time is payment due?

    Payment is due in totality upon your arrival at the apartment.

  • I am the owner of an apartment that I wish to rent out for short stays. How can I offer my apartment?

    You have the option of filling out a form with your address and some information about your apartment . An agent will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment to visit your apartment and calculate a rental estimation. If your apartment fulfills the My Paris Agency criteria (facilities, location, modernity, price, and quality), an advertisement and photo session of your apartment will be provided for free. This will occur after signing an agreement permitting the handling of rent for your apartment; you must also commit to place days in the calendar of availability to immediately inform us when your apartment will not be available for rent.
