Enjoy a vacation stay just minutes outside of Paris in this magnificent 2 room apartment at Montrouge. The modern third floor apartment (without elevator) is perfect for 2 to 4 guests. It is ideally located just steps from the metro station Porte d'Orléans (line 4), which connects you to many areas of the French capital. Should you wish to attend one of the shows at Porte de Versailles you can easily reach the exposition center by using the fast and efficient tramway.
Rooms' description
When you enter the 540 sq ft (50 m2) Rolland appartment you will find a double living room with a fold out couch situated across from a flat screen TV on one side, and a dining table that seats four on the other. WiFi internet access is available throughout should you wish to plan your touristic visits or business meetings. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. In the double bedroom there is a cozy bed for two, an office corner, and plenty of cabinet space for your personal belongings. The bathroom has a shower with a tropical rain style showerhead. The toilet area (WC) is seperate to ensure extra privacy.
The district
Situated just south of Paris, Montrouge is a French town of the Hauts-de-Seine region of Île-de-France. Within walking distance of your apartment you will find a bakery, supermarket and several restaurants. It is in the heart of the Mairie de Montrouge quarter, so you can walk to Porte d'Orléans in about 5 minutes. From here you can take several busses (125, 28, 194, 68, 299, 388...) the metro (line 4 brings you to Montparnasse or Saint-Germain-des-Prés in 10 minutes, or Châtelet in 20 minutes) and the tramway (line T3 direct to Porte de Versailles in 5 minutes).
