Presentation

Rooms' description

When you enter the 215 sq ft (20 m2) Assas studio you will immediately notice a lovely day bed, allowing an easy transition from a living room to a bedroom.  This main area also has a flat screen TV, and WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment.  The kitchen is fully equipped, and has an American style bar.  There are plenty of drawers where you can store your belongings so you can feel as if you are truly in your own home.  In the bathroom there is a shower with a showerhead that mimics tropical rain, a sink, and a toilet.

The district

The Saint-Germain-des-Prés quarter is one of the French capital's most elegant and artistic areas.  This area is known world-wide for housing two of the literary world's most famous cafes: Deux Magots et au Café de Flore.  From your studio you can easily visit the Saint-Sulpice church, which is the second largest church in the city.  You can also walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg, the Odeon theater, the Bon Marché and even l'Île de la Cité, which houses the Notre-Dame Cathedral.  Public transportation allows for access to the rest of the city by metro (Duroc, lines 10 and 13 or Saint-Placide, line 4).
