Come enjoy a stay in in this lovely and beautifully decorated 5-room apartment located on avenue Jean Baptiste Clément in a pleasant suburb city called Boulogne, just outside of Paris. The accommodation is on the 1st floor of a modern building, and has a furnished terrace from which you will have a view of a tree-lined park.
Rooms' description
The apartment as a spacious 104 m2, that opens to a large living room with a leather couch that sits across from a flat screen television (wifi internet access available). The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room area has a large table where you and your guests can enjoy your meals. In the 1st bedroom you will find a couch that folds into a comfortable bed for 1 to 2 people as well as a desk. The second bedroom has a double bed and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The third bedroom has a sofa bed and a desk. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, the other with a tropical rain style shower-head. Finally, there is a separate toilet area for extra privacy.
The district
Here you can take advantage of an ideal location just outside of Paris, just a 2 minute walk from the Boulogne - Pont de Saint Cloud metro (lne 10), from which you can visit any of the many attractions the French capital has to offer. In minutes you can go to Village d'Auteuil, the Champ de Mars where you will see the Eiffel Tower, Saint Germain des Près, Odéon and even the Latin quarter. Should you be in Paris for business you will find it easy to reach the Palais des Congrès of Porte Maillot using the périphréique. Other easily accessible areas include Bois de Boulogne, the Albert Kahn garden with the highly sought after Japonese garden, the Parc des Princes, Roland Garros and the Auteuil race course. There are also buses from your area that are well-branched to the center of Paris (lines 52 and 72). With these lines you can visit Opéra, the Louvre and Hôtel de Ville among other famous attractions. Finally, on Avenue Jean Baptiste you can find restaurants that range from fine dining, such as Compte de Gascogne, to traditional French brasseries including the Jean Baptise.
