The district
The area offers a village-like atmosphere with its famous Auteuil Square with the outdoor market, which is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Additionally you will find many shops and frequent art exhibits from local Parisian artists. The historic side of Paris is also close by. A short jaunt takes you to the lively rue de Passy, or you can stroll in the flowery paths of the Trocadero gardens. Should you wish there is a wine museum nearby, or just a few minutes away you will find the Hippodrome d'Auteuil, Roland Garros and the Parc des Princes. As the area is well served by public transportation (Eglise Auteuil metro line 10 is located at the foot of the apartment) you can easily visit other parts of the city.
