Presentation

You and your guests will feel priveleged to find yourselves staying in this ground floor apartment at the foot of the Auteuil Village in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.  The 3-person accommodation can be found inside of a posh, traditionally styled French building on l'avenue de Versailles, putting you in the middle of many of the city's most famous attractions.   

Rooms' description

With a spacious 600 sq ft (56 m2) le Versailles apartment has everything you will need for your vacation stay.  In the well-decorated living room you will find a chase lounge sofa that is an ideal sleeping surface for one adult or two children.  You will also enjoy the convenience of a flat screen television and wifi internet access.  The kitchen is fully equipped for at-home cooking.  It is semi-open to the living room, and houses a lovely wood dining table.  At night you can relax in the separate bedroom, which has a beautiful double bed.  The modern bathroom has a tropical-rain style shower and is accessible from the hallway, allowing for extra privacy for you and your guests.  

The district

Starting in the Auteuil village, the Avenue de Versailles spans 1 and a quarter miles (2 kilometers).  Within easy walking distance you will have access to some of the city's most culturally rich attractions including the Eiffel Tower, which can be seen from the end of the street.  In addition you will be near to the wine museum, Maison de la Radio, and even maison de Balzac and rue Raynouard.  A short jaunt across the Seine river and you will find the Champ de Mars.  The accommodation is conveniently located near public transportation hubs, allowing you to access other areas of the city with ease (metro Mirabeau, line 10 or RER Avenue du Président Kennedy).
