The Plein Coeur is a spacious 1010 sq ft (94 m2) apartment. The living room is beautifully decorated with splashes of color. There is plenty of seating for everyone with a fold-out sofa, and an arm chair. From the living room you have access to the large balcony, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Paris and its many monuments. The kitchen is fully equipped, and semi-open to the dining area has a large dining table that seats 6. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds that convert to a couches. There is a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a separate WC/toilet room for extra privacy. Finally, there is plenty of space to store your personal belongings.
The district
Near the 17th and 18th arrondissements of Paris, the city of Saint-Ouen was once the vacation hot-spot for nobility and wealthy middle class due to the Seine river that runs through the city and its proximity to Paris. Today the city remains a much-loved city with much to offer residents and visitors alike. The city boasts charming doocks, a lovley castle, a park, and a bustling flea market. Paris and its many monuments, such as Champs Elysées, Saint-Lazare, Invalides, Montparnasse, and Gaîté, are a short ride from Saint Ouen using public transportation (metro line 13 at metro station Garibaldi at the foot of the apartment, or the RER and various bus lines within a short walking distance).
