The studio is located between two very modern areas of Paris - Bercy and Tolbiac - just steps from the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The apartment can be found on the ground floor of a modern building on rue Xaintrailles, and has a furnished 215 sq ft terrace where you can relax after a long day spent exploring the city or attending business meetings.

The 345 sq ft (32 m2) apartment has a spacious and comfortable living room area with wifi internet access. In the bedroom area you will find a comfortable fold-out couch that is ideal for two guests. The kitchen is open to the living room and has all of the necessary appliances for making home-cooked meals that you can enjoy at the dining table with American-style bar chairs. Whether you choose to stay in the apartment alone or with a guest, the large dresser has plenty of space for your personal belongings. In the bathroom you will find a lovely bathtub. Finally there is a beautiful, furnished 215 sq ft terrace where you can take in the sun. Should you wish, there is also a parking area available for rent during your stay.
The district
The 13th arrondissement is a unique Parisian district where you can discover something new at every turn. Head toward Butte aux Cailles around Place d'Italie where you will find old-fashioned streets and a market. If you want something a little more out of the ordinary you can venture into the Chinatown of Paris with its abundance of authentic markets and restaurants. The modern and urbanized district can be found on the banks of the Seine where you will find yourself close to many of the best nightlife spots in the city as well as more artistic areas such as la Bibliothèque nationale de France and the Cité de la Mode et du Design. Public transportation is a breeze to use, and you have a metro stop at the foot of the apartment that will allow you to easily visit any area of the city you wish (Bibiothèque François Mitterrand, RER C and line 14).
