The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a charming building on rue de l'Arbalète in the heart of the highly sought after 5th arrondissement of Paris, known as the "Latin Quarter".
Rooms' description
The 195 sq ft studio has a spacious living room with a couch that folds out to transform the room into a cozy bedroom for one or two guests. There is a television and wifi for your convenience as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, teapot, Nespresso coffee machine etc., allowing you to make wonderful home-cooked meals with the ingredients you discover at the outdoor markets nearby. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a washing machine/drier combination. Finally there is a large closet where you can organize your personal belongings during your stay in the French capital.
The district
The Censier-Daubenton area is part of one of the most historic districts of Paris. It is part of the Latin quarter, which is a district constructed by the ancient Romans. Touristic with a familial vibe, the Latin quarter houses some of the capital's most emblematic monuments including the Jardin des Plantes, the Musée national d’histoire naturelle, the Institut du Monde Arabe, the Arène de Lutèce, the Panthéon, Place Monge, Place d’Italie, and the Butte aux Cailles. With the metro station Censier-Daubenton (metro line 7) located at the foot of the apartment, you will find it easy to visit other districts of Paris.
